Founded in 1929, the Andros Society of USA has remained dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Andros Island among Greek-Americans. What began as a group of immigrants from Andros has grown into an organization with over 1,000 members, many of whom reside in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. The society continues to foster community through the common bond of traditions, culture and heritage of Andros.

Philanthropic Efforts
The Andros Society is committed to giving back to the Andros Island community and its members. One of its upcoming initiatives includes donating a defibrillator to Andros Island for use in one of the island’s new ambulance vehicles, ensuring that essential emergency services will be available to residents. The society’s continued efforts highlight its dedication to supporting the community through both local and international charitable endeavors.
