The President Constantine Tassoulas met at the Presidential Mansion with the Foreign Minister of Cyprus Constantinos Kombos. Kombos conveyed the congratulations of Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides and the entire Cypriot people to Tassoulas on his assumption of office. He also extended an invitation on behalf of Christodoulides for Tassoulas to visit Cyprus.
Tassoulas accepted the invitation, emphasising the long-standing fraternal ties between the two peoples. Subsequently, Kombos provided an update on the latest developments regarding the Cyprus issue, ahead of the forthcoming Five-Party Conference in Geneva.
