Premia Properties will issue a common bond loan worth 100 million euros. The five-year bond loan will be offered through a public offer in Greece and will be traded in the fixed-income category of the Athens Stock Exchange. The proceeds of the bond issue will be used to repay existing debt, to finance investments and to cover moving capital needs. The timetable of the issue will be set according to market conditions.
