Defence Minister Dendias in Xanthi to attend Olympic Cooperation – 23 exercise

National Defence Minister Nikos Dendias will on Friday attend the final phase of the exercise Olympic Cooperation – 23, at Petrochori in Xanthi.

In addition to the Greek armed forces, land forces from the USA, France, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Georgia are to participate in the exercise.

Apart from these, observers from nine countries are to attend, namely from Egypt, Albania, the United Arab Emirates, Armenia, Jordan, India, Cyprus, Romania and Saudi Arabia.

Dendias will also visit the city of Xanthi, where he will meet with the Metropolitan of Xanthi and Perithori Panteleimon.
