National Defence Minister Nikos Dendias met on Wednesday with the outgoing US Ambassador to Athens, George Tsunis.
The Minister, in a post on X, stated that the outgoing US Ambassador visited him at the ministry upon the completion of his term in Athens.
“Mr. Tsunis’s contribution has been significant in strengthening the strategic defence relationship between Greece and the United States. I wish the outgoing Ambassador prosperity and every success in all his future endeavours,” Dendias stated.
