“The attack by representatives of the worst version of fascism on the home of the newly elected President of the Republic, Constantine Tassoulas, on the day of his election, with slogans of hatred, does not scare any democratic citizen,” government spokesman Pavlos Marinakis said in a statement on Thursday.
Marinakis spoke of “toxic tactics” on the part of the opposition parties and asked them to reflect on where this tactic is leading.
“However, it is of enormous value for the opposition parties to reflect on where the tactics of toxicity and slander are leading, especially when we are talking about a national tragedy,” said the government spokesman.
