According to diplomatic sources, an assessment of the informal expanded meeting on the Cyprus issue and the best way to implement the agreed terms took place during the meeting between FM George Gerapetritis and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan in Geneva.
Diplomatic sources highlighted that the discussion also covered international and regional developments, focusing on Ukraine and the Middle East, including Syria. They added that the two FMs discussed the upcoming Supreme Cooperation Council to be held in April, as well as their next meeting during the NATO FMs’ Summit on April 3-4.
