New York, NY – July 23, 2025 — AHEPA Delphi Chapter 25, the Manhattan chapter of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA), has launched a Back-to-School Supply Drive to benefit underserved students in New York City public schools, specifically in Harlem’s 5th District.
This philanthropic initiative invites individuals to donate essential school supplies through an Amazon Wish List, ensuring that local students in grades 3K–5 start the academic year with the tools they need to succeed. The chapter has partnered with KPMG, a Big Four professional services firm, and local community leaders to make this impact possible.
“This drive represents our commitment to education and giving back, not only to the Greek-American community but to our city as a whole,” said Paul Pavlakos, President of AHEPA Delphi 25.
How to Help:
- Donate school supplies via AHEPA Delphi 25’s Amazon Wish List
- Join us for the Supply Packing Event on Monday, August 5, 2025, at Sts. George & Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Manhattan, where volunteers will organize and pack donations into backpacks for delivery.
AHEPA Delphi 25 is actively collaborating with multiple public elementary schools in Harlem, helping bridge educational gaps and empower students with a fresh start. This initiative aligns with AHEPA’s long-standing mission to promote education, philanthropy, civic engagement, and community service.
