New York, NY — Artist and mindfulness educator Agni Zotis, founder of the MAY Kids Transform Foundation, invites participants to embark on an empowering three-session Trauma-Informed Creative Mindfulness Workshop, a transformative experience designed to restore balance, deepen awareness, and awaken creativity as a pathway to healing.
Through a thoughtful blend of breathwork, guided meditation, and creative journaling, participants will learn how to align body, mind, and spirit while cultivating resilience and presence.
“This sacred invitation is a reminder that we are artists and co-creators with the Divine,” says Zotis. “Each of us has the power to shape our lives as living works of art through our thoughts, emotions, and actions.”
