FT. LAUDERDALE, FL – On Sunday, January 24, 2021, a check was presented to Father Peter Zougras and Dr. George Georgakakis, Parish Council President of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church. The check represents a total of $1,300 raised by Daughters of Penelope Narcissus Chapter 289 from Bingo Games conducted on Zoom during the months of October, November, and December 2020.
You are invited to join their next Valentine’s Bingo Game on Friday, February 12 at 7:30 pm via Zoom! Lots of fun and prizes!! Everyone is welcome!!
All proceeds are donated to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Ft. Lauderdale. The church is unable to have their Festival this year, due to COVID restrictions and major construction on the roads in the area.
