A significant increase in costs of production is expected to lead to a surge in energy costs for the vast majority of businesses, according to a survey conducted by the Athens Chamber of Crafts in September.
In particular, 68% of Small and Medium Businesses estimate that international increase in energy cost will greatly affect production costs. As a result, almost half of companies estimate that the prices of their products / services will increase by around 10% due to price increases in energy, while 15% estimate that the increase will exceed even 30%.
