Springfield, NJ — November 2025: On Tuesday, December 2, entrepreneur Melissa Martakis, Founder and President of MatiJewels.com® and President of the Daughters of Penelope Chryssida Chapter #438, will host the 10th Annual “Wine, Cheese & MatiJewels #foracause” at The Oasis at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield, NJ, from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.
What began as a small gathering around Melissa’s jewelry table has evolved into a beloved Hellenic tradition, an evening of connection, generosity, and shared purpose that continues to inspire. This year’s milestone event marks a decade of giving back, where creativity meets compassion and community transforms into action.
Partial proceeds from all jewelry sales will benefit the District 5 AHEPA Cancer Research Foundation, a cause close to Melissa’s heart.

Guests will enjoy a festive evening featuring wine, cheese, prizes, and a grand prize jewelry giveaway from the MatiJewels collection. Registration is $35 per guest, which includes one entry into the grand prize drawing. The first 50 registrants will receive two entries, doubling their chance to win a stunning piece from the signature collection.
