Hermes Expo 35th Anniversary Set for April 29, 2026 at the Grand Marquis in Old Bridge, New Jersey
Old Bridge, New Jersey — Hermes Expo International will honor Evellyn Leontarakis Tsiadis with the Athena Award during the 35th Anniversary Hermes Expo Awards Celebration on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the Grand Marquis in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
Founded in 1992, Hermes Expo has become one of the most recognized Greek-American business gatherings in the United States, bringing together entrepreneurs, professionals, chambers of commerce, institutions, educators, clergy, and community leaders. For thirty-five years, the Expo has served as a platform for networking, collaboration, and the advancement of Greek-American enterprise.
The Athena Award, inspired by the Greek goddess of wisdom and leadership, recognizes individuals whose work reflects service, philanthropy, and dedication to strengthening communities.
Evellyn Leontarakis Tsiadis is widely respected for her lifelong commitment to philanthropy and faith-based leadership. A past International Grand President of the Daughters of Penelope, she has led numerous initiatives supporting charitable, educational, and humanitarian causes. Evellyn has also served for more than two decades on the Board of Saint Basil Academy, including eleven years as President, helping guide the only Greek Orthodox licensed residential childcare facility in the United States. In 2018, she received the Medal of Saint Paul, the highest honor bestowed upon a layperson by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.
